ELIGIBILITY: Submissions open to all artists working in all mediums. False representation or plagerism automatically disqualifies participating artist. BAP reserves the right to exclude any entries it finds unsuitable for publication.

AWARDS: Entrants for the New Art International art competition are eligible for cover awards for front and back covers, frontispiece and title page of both hard and soft cover editions. A select number of grants are available to outstanding artist submissions.
SPONSORSHIP: Artists selected for the publication are eligible for upgrades offering entrants full or partial grants for exhibition space.

LIABILITY AND AGREEMENT: Entries will be insured by BAP while in its custody. BAP has the right to reproduce and edit accepted work, as well as for publicity and promotional use. Submissions shall imply an agreement on the part of the artist.
